Hi, I  hope you've had a hoppy happy Easter. Sorry.
I was just having a sticky beak at a few blogs (wine glass in hand) when I came across this pic. It's too clever, wonderful and easy-peasy NOT to share and I know you will love it...

don't you love them?
I think this is one idea definetely worth copying, don't you?

Next time you find a slightly threadbare granny blanket, or one that might be a bit smaller than what you were hoping for, don't turn your nose up at it...take it home, give it a wash (and some love) and hang it on your wall just like Allison did.

gorgeous granny

I can't believe I have never thought of this! BUT I suppose that's why Allison is Allison and I'm... well, me!

There are always some grannies that need a little more love than others...and this could be one way of ensuring they all get the love they deserve. Let me know what you think.

  3. those granny rugs look GREAT. Sportsgirl shops have all their walls hung with granny rugs over here in Melbourne this month.. lovely displays. My gr.daughter took photos, but the manager asked her to stop, no cameras allowed in their shops apparently.
she did a blog with the few photos she did take

  6. Genius! Now I can justify buying some more. Went charity shopping with the man a few days ago and he was positively rude about my blanket habit. Men. Pffft.
