Vintage Tea Towel Tuesday

As much as I love kitschy souvenir tea towels

(and I do love them. Alot. In fact, they make up the bulk of my vintage tea towel collection)

they are not my most favoutite tea towel genre (ooh! fancy!) My favourite tea towels look alot like this one:

100% cotton, fast colours, Made in China

pretty, but not too pretty, if you know what I mean...

need I say more?

I love these type of tea towels too. The cushion I made and sent to Lea is the same type of tea towels I think- http://weliketomakestuff.blogspot.com.au/2012/02/happy-mailhappy-me.html

  7. I found some gorgeous tea towels on our recent holiday. Vintage but never used but prices were a bit high. Very similar style to this one. Damn those prices! Lol. The new shop looks great, love the pics and can't wait to see what you are selling!

  8. Its beautiful. The shop looks good so far. I like how you included a little preamble and I like how you liken it to a 'pop-up' shop- makes sense!
